Match Report - 25 May 2009, Wrexham Lawn Tennis Club Ladies Cheshire 1st Team beat OVERTON
A rearranged Match the day after an away match at Hoylake and last minute withdrawals resulted in No 1 Senior County player Lucy Scott being drafted in to the team at the last minute. Playing at no1 pairing Lucy and Judy Griffiths raced throught their matches winning 6-0 6-0 in both.The No 2 pairing of Joe Macrae and Emily Williams ,also making her debut ,only dropped 5 games .Was pleased the weather held to get another match played to stop a fixture back log.
