Match Report - 08 Jun 2009, Wrexham Lawn Tennis Club Ladies Cheshire 1st Team drew with Glan Aber B
Tough Match for our Ladies Veterans with all the yongsters either taking exams or coaching. The elderly team of Pat Evans, Jo Macrae, Carol Scott and Judy Griffiths came away with a creditable draw with both pairing, Jo and Pat at 1 and Carol and Judy at 2 ,comfortably beating Glan Abers no 2 pair but both losing to the no 1 pairs.
At least they have not taken to drink like the MENS teams.
Well done ladies for keeping the teams unbeaten run going !!!
